Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you verify all details, including size, design, quantity, and shipping address before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect item selection.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed or shipped.

Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total order value.

Time Frame for Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and no returns or refunds will be issued.

Product Condition for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must NOT have been worn or washed.

  • Must NOT be modified in any way.

  • Must NOT have defects not caused by us.

  • Must have the original tags intact.

  • Must have no minor defects (e.g., loose threads that can easily be cut or repaired).

  • Must be returned in original packaging.

Proof Required for a Refund

To process your refund, please provide the following:

  1. Shipping label/receipt

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. Clear photo of the received product

  4. Email correspondence with our support team

How to Request a Return & Refund
